For people who are "sober curious," in the early stages of questioning their relationship with substances, or those who need a light "accountability partner" to help them stay on track.
This tier is designed for individuals who need professional guidance and a solid plan but are capable of managing most of their daily routine independently. It focuses on high-level strategy and building a “sober identity”.

For individuals in early recovery, those facing high-stress transitions, or anyone who has struggled with repeat relapses and needs more than just a weekly check-in.
This tier provides a much deeper level of involvement for those who need high-intensity accountability and help “re-learning” how to navigate daily life without substances. It blends the role of a standard sober coach with the real-time support of a sober companion.
